This is a short film where Scraggles, a young, amateur wizard goes to a store to get the hat that he needs to be able to graduate wizarding school. With only one hat left in the store, he's forced to confront another young wizard after the same hat, Gimbal. The two of them not being able to come to a peaceful conclusion, have a go at each other, until things start ramping up and a magical battle ensues. As the two of them battle it out for the ownership of the hat, their spells creating chaos effecting both themselves and the environment, causing all sorts of mishaps to occur.
